1. About Catchy Services
Catchy Services (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates an online marketplace that enables customers to find and contact independent service providers offering courier and cleaning services.
Our website allows customers to explore available services, request quotations and arrange bookings with participating providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Catchy Services acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not itself the supplier of the courier or cleaning service booked through an independent provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Customers must review the applicable service details and provider terms before confirming a booking.
Service providers who list their services on Catchy Services must separately agree to the applicable Service Provider Agreement.
If separate booking terms apply, those terms will be provided before the booking is confirmed. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights available to consumers.
3. Marketplace Role
Catchy Services provides an online platform through which customers can discover and contact independent service providers.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing:
- The service provider, rather than Catchy Services, enters into the contract with the customer for the actual courier or cleaning service.
- The service provider is responsible for delivering the booked service in accordance with the customer’s booking and applicable law.
- The customer pays the service provider directly under the payment arrangements agreed for that booking.
- Catchy Services does not guarantee that every listed provider will always be available or that every requested booking can be fulfilled.
- Catchy Services may facilitate enquiries, quotations, communications, complaints and booking administration.
Catchy Services remains responsible for its own contractual commitments, website representations and legal obligations.
We will identify the relevant service provider and explain who is responsible for the service before the customer commits to a booking.
4. Customer Bookings and Quotations
Customers must provide accurate information when requesting a quotation or making a booking.
A quotation should specify, as applicable:
- The service requested.
- The service provider’s identity and contact details.
- The agreed price or how the price will be calculated.
- Any additional charges, taxes or fees.
- The agreed date, time or delivery window.
- Cancellation and amendment conditions.
- Relevant service limitations and insurance information.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed when the relevant provider accepts it and the customer receives confirmation.
Any additional work or charge must be explained and agreed before it is incurred, except where a different lawful arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Prices are shown in British pounds (£). Small parcel deliveries within London start from £15. The price depends on the delivery postcode. Additional charges apply for same-day delivery services. Terms and conditions apply.
5. Courier Services
Catchy Services may list providers offering same-day, scheduled and next-day courier services.
5.1 Collection and delivery
Customers must provide accurate collection and delivery addresses, contact details, parcel dimensions, weight, contents and special instructions.
Delivery times are estimates unless the provider expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.
Customers must ensure parcels are ready for collection and appropriately packaged.
5.2 Packaging and prohibited items
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and labelling parcels and disclosing their contents accurately.
Items prohibited by law or the provider’s published carriage restrictions must not be submitted for delivery.
Restricted items, including dangerous goods, certain batteries, high-value goods and other specially regulated items, must be declared in advance where relevant.
A provider may refuse a parcel where carriage would be unlawful or unsafe.
5.3 Delays and failed delivery
Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, incorrect addresses, inaccessible premises, vehicle breakdowns or other circumstances.
The relevant provider should notify the customer of significant delays where reasonably practicable.
Where delivery fails because the customer supplied incorrect details or the recipient is unavailable, redelivery or return arrangements may be offered. Any applicable charge must be disclosed before the customer becomes liable for it.
5.4 Loss, theft or damage
Customers should report suspected loss, theft or damage to the relevant provider promptly and retain their booking reference and supporting evidence.
Claims will be handled under the applicable booking agreement, insurance arrangements and law.
Customers should check any goods-in-transit insurance, declared-value requirements, excesses and exclusions before sending valuable items.
These terms do not exclude liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Cleaning Services
Catchy Services may list providers offering domestic, deep, end-of-tenancy, commercial and office cleaning.
6.1 Scope of work
The cleaning provider’s quotation or booking confirmation must identify the agreed tasks, property type, service duration where relevant and price.
Services not expressly included in the booking are not automatically part of the agreed work.
Specialist services, including hazardous waste removal, biohazard cleaning, mould remediation, carpet treatment and exterior cleaning, require separate confirmation where offered.
6.2 Access and preparation
Customers must provide appropriate access to the property and disclose relevant hazards, fragile surfaces, pets, access restrictions and special cleaning requirements.
Providers must use reasonable care and skill and follow the agreed scope of work.
If additional work is required because the property differs materially from the information supplied, the provider must explain any price or scope change and obtain the customer’s agreement before proceeding.
6.3 Damage and complaints
Customers should report alleged damage or incomplete work to the relevant provider as soon as reasonably practicable.
The provider should investigate the complaint fairly and offer any remedy required by the booking agreement and applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include correcting the work, a return visit, a price reduction or a refund.
6.4 Excluded work
Unless expressly agreed, cleaning bookings do not include repairs, building work, hazardous waste disposal, specialist pest treatment or other work outside the confirmed scope.
Any significant exclusions must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
7. Payments
Customers pay the relevant service provider directly.
The provider is responsible for communicating its accepted payment methods, payment deadlines, invoices, applicable taxes and any agreed deposits.
Catchy Services does not collect the service payment unless a separate arrangement is expressly disclosed and agreed.
Where Catchy Services charges providers a listing fee, commission or another platform fee, that fee will be governed by the separate provider agreement.
Customers should obtain confirmation of payment from the provider and retain their booking records.
All prices on this website are in British pounds (£).
8. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds
Customers must follow the cancellation procedure and notice period disclosed in their booking confirmation.
The relevant provider must communicate any cancellation charges before the booking is confirmed. Charges must be fair, transparent and legally enforceable.
If a provider cancels, the customer should be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund of payments due under the booking agreement and applicable law.
Where a consumer has a statutory cancellation right, that right takes precedence over any conflicting contractual term.
For eligible distance contracts, a 14-day cancellation period may apply. Exceptions and special rules can apply, including certain services booked for a specific date or period.
If a customer requests that a service begin during a statutory cancellation period, the provider must obtain any consent or acknowledgement required by law.
Customers should contact the contracting provider regarding service refunds and cancellations. Catchy Services may assist with communication but does not guarantee a refund from an independent provider.
9. Responsibilities of Service Providers
Providers using Catchy Services must:
- Supply accurate business and service information.
- Comply with applicable laws and professional requirements.
- Maintain appropriate insurance and legally required licences.
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- Communicate prices and additional charges transparently.
- Protect customer property and confidential information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Notify customers of material delays or cancellations.
- Avoid misleading advertising, false reviews and discriminatory conduct.
Providers must not advertise qualifications, insurance or verification status they do not possess.
Catchy Services may suspend or remove a listing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unlawful activity, serious misconduct or a material breach of the provider agreement.
10. Provider Verification and Reviews
Catchy Services may carry out checks on service providers where stated on the website or in its provider onboarding process.
Any verification claim must accurately describe the checks actually undertaken. Listing a provider does not, by itself, guarantee service quality, qualifications, insurance or future performance.
Customers may submit genuine reviews based on their actual experiences.
Reviews must not contain unlawful threats, knowingly false allegations, personal data about others or abusive content.
Catchy Services may moderate or remove reviews in accordance with a fair, published review policy and applicable law. Reviews will not be manipulated or presented as verified unless the relevant verification process supports that claim.
11. Insurance and Liability
Independent providers are responsible for maintaining insurance required by law and any additional cover required under their provider agreement.
Depending on the service, relevant cover may include public liability, employers’ liability where legally required, appropriate motor insurance and goods-in-transit cover.
Customers should confirm the relevant provider’s cover and limitations where insurance is important to their booking.
Catchy Services is responsible for its own contractual obligations and acts or omissions as required by law. It does not assume responsibility for every act or omission of an independent provider merely because the provider is listed on the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or applicable statutory consumer rights.
Any other limitation of liability must be lawful, fair and transparent.
12. Customer Complaints
Customers should initially contact the service provider identified in their booking confirmation.
If the issue concerns the website, marketplace conduct or an unresolved provider complaint, customers may contact Catchy Services using the details published on the website.
A complaint should include the booking reference, details of the issue and any supporting evidence.
Catchy Services may help facilitate communication between the customer and provider. Any such assistance does not remove the provider’s contractual obligations or Catchy Services’ own legal responsibilities.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising statutory rights or pursuing an appropriate legal remedy.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Catchy Services processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Information may be shared with a relevant provider where necessary to respond to an enquiry, arrange a booking, deliver a service or handle a complaint.
Users should not submit unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or review sections.
The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is processed, how long it is retained, with whom it may be shared and how users can exercise their rights.
14. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, logos, original text and other protected content belong to Catchy Services or its licensors.
Users must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except where permitted by law.
Providers remain responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, text or other materials they upload.
15. Website Availability
Catchy Services aims to keep the website accessible and information accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may carry out maintenance, update features or remove inaccurate or unlawful listings where reasonably necessary.
This section does not remove any obligations relating to confirmed bookings or any applicable consumer rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
Catchy Services may update these terms to reflect changes in its operations, services or legal requirements.
The latest version and effective date will be displayed on the website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter an existing booking unlawfully.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Consumers retain any rights they may have concerning the courts in which proceedings may be brought.
