Small parcels inside London start from £15. The quote depends on the collection and delivery postcodes, size, weight and the service you choose. Same-day delivery costs more than a scheduled or next-day slot. The provider must show the price, or how it will be calculated, before you commit.
You pay the provider directly unless a different payment arrangement is clearly agreed in writing.
What we need from you
- Collection and delivery addresses, including postcodes, and a contact number at each end.
- Parcel size, weight and a plain description of the contents.
- Any deadline, access instruction or handling note.
- A parcel that is packed and labelled and ready at the agreed time.

Items that cannot be sent
